In 2020 at the local football oval, an early morning meeting with a group of ten local growers was convened to discuss the future of rice growing in the Riverina and surrounding New South Wales region, and was the first concrete step towards the creation of Nice Rice.

Over the next eighteen months the community’s vision came to life with the incorporation of Nice Rice, the Australian-grown rice production business developed locally for consumers across the nation.

Developed by a group of local, visionary growers, Nice Rice has evolved to become a leading grower, miller and seller of rice in Australia.
