Brown Rice Porridge

Ingredients
2 cups cooked Nice Rice Brown Rice
2 cups milk of choice
2 tsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Fresh fruit of choice, to serve
Nuts and seeds of choice, to serve
Method
1. In a small pot, combine the cooked rice, milk, honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Bring to a boil,
then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until creamy.
2. Divide between two bowls and serve with your preferred toppings and a dash of milk. We
opted for bananas, raspberries, seeds and honey!
