Ingredients 1 cup cooked Nice Rice Sushi Rice 1 tin of tuna 1 tbsp sriracha mayonnaise 1 tsp soy sauce 1/4 cucumber, diced 1/4 cup kimchi 1/4 avocado 1 nori sheet
Method: 1. In a bowl, combine cooked sushi rice and tuna with sriracha mayo and soy sauce. 2. Add diced cucumber, kimchi and sliced avocado, then garnish with torn nori sheets.
